You should hear a click when it is fully seated onto the arrow shaft. Grasp the arrow shaft with your thumb and forefinger, and push the arrowhead all the way down. Take note of the grippers – they are what “grabs” onto your bolt’s arrow shaft.

Once you have determined what type of battery your lighted nocks use, you will need to insert it into the barrel at least 3mm away from where it touches the tip of your arrow shaft (point). You simply replace them after they run out of power. The coin-style batteries are usually AA or AAA batteries and there are no on/off switches for turning off the light. They can also be recharged with a USB cable or wall adapter.
